Tom Bridge is a dynamic speaker with over 34 years of bank training experience. For the last 20 years, he has been a lecturer and public speaker specializing in commercial and real estate loan documentation, as well as judicial and non-judicial collection remedies. He has taught courses throughout the United States to banks and various state, community and independent banking associations, as well as various RMA groups. He also, in many states, provides CLE courses for attorneys covering Secured Transactions. Each course is state specific.
James L. Smith is a thirty year veteran of the mortgage lending industry, and has been involved in the origination, processing and underwriting of residential real estate loans since 1977. He has trained literally thousands of loan officers and processors during this thirty year span in quality origination and processing techniques and systems. He has run multi-branch regions for various regional and national mortgage banking and commercial banking entities, including a major Fortune 500 bank. He has been a Conventional, FHA/DE and VA underwriter since 1986. He recently headed up a region closing more than $750 million in annual residential loan originations, overseeing both loan production and operations for an eighteen office area. He currently is a Vice President of First Community Bank, heading up their statewide residential lending department. He is the author of How to Avoid Mortgage Fraud, Get in Compliance!, The Truth About Truth-In-Lending and also gives presentations on loan officer career training, sales and marketing of residential real estate loans, managing loan production and many other topics of interest to mortgage lenders nationwide.
Mark Bogan has over 34 years in Personnel Management in Texas. Currently, the Personnel Director for the Railroad Commission of Texas for the last 22+ years. He has taught as an adjunct graduate business professor at St. Edward's University, as well 2 years of teaching at Austin Community College.
